Sometimes when I am tired or don't feel inspired, I dance. Moving the body is very important after we have been sitting stitching away all day. Make sure you move. It does not matter what you like or what music you choose. Remember this is YOUR life and YOUR dance. Not only does it keep you subtle, but it also can lift your spirit. Body, heart and soul are not separate. You can join in with me or do your own thing. When I recorded this, I was dancing with you, the audience and also for myself.
