We all have a story and we all hurt. Sometimes it helps to reflect on what we have and who we are. We as humans are more the same as than we are different. We like to be useful, seen and to be loved. Sometimes we don't have the words to speak our pain and this is where artistic expression can be of great help. Through art, we can cut through to what needs to be expressed. Is these short reflection I speak to the theme of mental health and how the different stage in life does impact us. Grief and looses are in everyone's life. You also can engage in some practical art therapy to support your well being.
